Accreditation by the American College of Radiology (ACR) is your assurance that a facility believes in excellence. At Tristán Associates, we believe our services represent the state of the art, and we hope you do, too.
Earning accreditation by the ACR means that our facility, equipment, technologists, and physicians have met or exceeded all requirements deemed necessary to produce high quality images. ACR accreditation is recognized by governmental agencies and third party payers as a measure of high quality.
Most recently, The American College of Radiology has awarded our Women's Imaging Center the Breast Imaging Center of Excellence Award. As of October 1, 2007, the ACR began recognizing breast-imaging centers that achieve excellence by seeking and earning accreditation in all of the ACR's voluntary breast-imaging accreditation programs and modules, in addition to the mandatory Mammography Accreditation Program.
This designation, administered by the ACR Commission on Quality and Safety and the Commission on Breast Imaging, recognizes these centers dedication to improving women's health by participating in these rigorous quality assurance programs.
